Terms of Service
Effective October 16, 2026
These terms are between DiscipleTrack and the church that uses the product. They cover discipletrack.com, app.discipletrack.com, and a church subdomain. The Privacy Policy explains what information is stored and how to ask for an export or deletion.
If you request a trial or send the sales chat, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you are requesting the trial for a church, you confirm that you can agree for that church.
The service
DiscipleTrack is software for a church to track guests, a discipleship pathway, owners for next steps, Shepherd Care, prayer requests, and messages. The church owns and controls the records it stores. DiscipleTrack hosts them so the product can run.
Plans and fees
DiscipleTrack has two options.
Standard is $49.99 a month. A church can instead pay $499.90 per year, paid upfront. Save 2 months. That yearly price is about $41.66 a month, billed yearly. Standard includes the full DiscipleTrack app: the church site, pathway stages, guest and disciple tracking, Shepherd Care, reporting, integrations, and texting and email. There is no setup fee on Standard. The trial is 14 days and does not take a credit card.
White Glove uses that same monthly or yearly price, plus $399.99 one time. The one-time amount applies whether the church pays monthly or yearly. White Glove includes everything in Standard, a guided start, the SOPs and playbooks for First Impressions Guides, Disciple Makers, and leaders of both teams, and the Next Step guides. Quarterly coaching continues for as long as the church stays subscribed.
Payment processing is not turned on. The trial form does not take a card and does not charge one. When payment processing is added, these prices apply unless a page says otherwise. DiscipleTrack does not promise a refund except where the law requires one.
The 14-day trial
A trial is 14 days of the full app. Sending the trial form asks DiscipleTrack to open a church and reply. It does not start a paid subscription by itself, because billing is not live. DiscipleTrack may decline a request that looks automated, incomplete, or outside these terms.
Acceptable use
The church will use DiscipleTrack for its own people and its own care. The church will not:
- Send unlawful messages, or messages the church does not have permission to send.
- Try to open another church's records.
- Store information the church has no right to store.
- Probe, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
- Use the service to harm a minor.
What the church is responsible for
The church is responsible for the accuracy of what it enters, for the staff accounts it creates, and for keeping those passwords private. The church connects its own email, texting, and church management system, and it is responsible for those accounts.
The church is responsible for consent before it emails or texts someone, and for honoring opt-outs. If texting is connected, a reply of STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT turns texts off, and texts include "Reply STOP to opt out." The church is also responsible for information about minors it stores, including kids and youth records and anything submitted on a form the church shares. Staff accounts are for church leaders. DiscipleTrack is not a sign-up service for children under 13.
No warranty
DiscipleTrack is provided as available. DiscipleTrack does not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular ministry result. To the extent the law allows, DiscipleTrack disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, DiscipleTrack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost ministry opportunity.
To the extent the law allows, DiscipleTrack's total liability for a claim is limited to the fees the church paid to DiscipleTrack in the 12 months before the claim. If the church paid no fees, that limit is $100.
Termination
A church can stop using DiscipleTrack and can ask to close its account by emailing support@discipletrack.com. DiscipleTrack can suspend or end access if the church breaks these terms, if a bill goes unpaid once billing is on, or if the service is discontinued.
After a cancel or a suspension, staff cannot sign in and automated follow-up does not keep running. DiscipleTrack does not automatically delete the church's records. They stay until the church asks for deletion. The Privacy Policy explains how to ask.
Changes
DiscipleTrack can update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when it does. If a church keeps using DiscipleTrack after the new effective date, that use means the church accepts the update. The current page at discipletrack.com/terms is the one that applies.
Michigan law
Michigan law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of the state of Michigan are the venue for a dispute about them.
